The Round Window is a window block that was added as part of the free Most Wanted Update. This set contains rounded window variants for large grid as well as small grid.
These windows are partially open airtight blocks, even though their own volume does not count as pressurised. So don't place these windows indoors right where engineers stand. Use them to seal airtight openings while keeping what's below still accessible from the side: A small grid round window is airtight but lets you reach the interactive surface (cockpit entry, cargo port, terminal, etc) below; a large grid round window instead of a door can act as an airlock-less side-exit.
